Responsibility & Authority: Assist on all hr functions. Handling outgoing/incoming Hr documents. Follow up with our sites. Follow up on documents needed to be circulated within due dates. . Reports to HR Manager. Coordinate with other third parties assistance for meetings. Qualifications & Skills: A bachelor degree or equivalent. Fresh Grad or to two years of experience. Have HR back- ground. Good communication & coordination skills. Ability to handle different tasks at a time and stand work pressure. Ability to work in team-based environment.
