We are looking for hiring for the following:

Senior Sales & Marketing representative.

Responsibilities
· Research new market opportunities
· Develop procedures for contacting and qualifying leads.
· Develop sales proposals from information gathered in fact finder.
· Closing deals
· Manage and grow existing Accounts.
Qualifications

· 3 + years experiences, preferably in marketing & Sales Services.
· Good Communication Skills.
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Presentation skills.
· Dynamic and self motivated.
· Excellent computer Skills.
· Excellent command of English language.

Responsibilities
· Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay and occupations of new hires and changes in wage rates, occupations, and records on payroll register.
· Processing payroll calculations in terms of netting or grossing salaries and processing incentives and / or deductions.
· Responsible for tax calculations & payments.
· Issue bank letters and other documents required by external parties to process personal requests for employees
· Participate in the calculation of the Sales Incentive Bonus and the annual bonus.
· Responsible for Medical & Social Insurance Car allowance & Mobile allowance
· Interprets company policies and government regulations in connection with payroll procedures.
· Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
