Career Clusters

Thought this is a very important issue that should be known by each one of us before -or during- planning his career life. Sadly and expectedly, it does Not exist in Egypt it seems and I even googled the phrase "Career clusters in Egypt" for any article talking about it and got..well.. nothing

Career Clusters is a way of clustering (grouping) similar jobs together to form groups of similar fields. After you choose the cluster u find yourself in, it then breaks to many pathways and sub-specialties ,thus helping you find your way and plan your career. The developed countries have divided all jobs to fall into one any of the 16 clusters, these are :

Agriculture and Natural Resources
Architecture and Construction
Arts, A/V Technology & Communication
Business, Management & Administration
Education and Training
Finance
Government & Public Administration
Health Science
Hospitality & Tourism
Human Services
Information Technology
Law, Public Safety, Corrections & Security
Manufacturing
Marketing, Sales and Services
Science, technology, Engineering & Mathematics
Transportation, Distribution and Logistics

Choose which cluster or clusters u fall in and plan your career around it.
