EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MULTINATIONAL COMPANY IN THE SEISMIC INDUSTRY

A number of positions are available for Egyptian residents in a highly successful Seismic Survey Company. Employment is in a field based role in multiple locations throughout Egypt with the possibility of future work on international crews. Current positions are:

Junior Geophysicist
• Qualifications – Recent Graduate with Geophysics Degree or Diploma.
• Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge.
• Fast learner with theoretical geophysics knowledge.
• Seismic industry training during study will be additional benefit.
• A Safety conscious approach to all aspect of work.
• Able to work on a Multinational Crew in a Marine Environment.
• 6 weeks work / 3 weeks vacation rotation.

Seismic Electronics Technician
• Qualifications –2 Year Electronics Diploma
• Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge.
• Fast learner with at least 1 Year experience in a related industry
• Strong Practical Ability- Soldering & Troubleshooting
• A Safety conscious approach to all aspect of work.
• Able to work on a Multinational Crew in a Marine Environment
• 6 weeks work / 3 weeks vacation rotation.

Small Boat Skipper
• Qualifications – Certified marine vessel licence or small boat handling training.
• Excellent spoken English Language Skills.
• Fast learner with at least 2 Years experience in a related industry
• Understanding of Nautical and Radio rules.
• Understanding of engine care and maintenance.
• A Safety conscious approach to all aspect of work.
• Able to work on a Multinational Crew in a Marine Environment
• 6 weeks work / 3 weeks vacation rotation.

Other positions which do not currently require filling but may be available at a later date include:
• Electricians
• Marine Navigators
• Plumbers
• Safety Officers
• Surveyors
