In general, Forums start slow usually and can take 1 or 2 years to be active. It takes some time and efforts to get people to post as they usually join to get information rather than posting themselves.This applies for forums worldwide.
The other problem I am facing is that the topics mainly here are job-related which might interest HR's only to post. That's why I made other forums and category for the general chat, not to mention that be better forums which for me are interesting The third problem , is that they are English forums directed to Egyptians whose mother-language is Arabic.There are many very active Arabic forums on the net -in Arabic language- which means that they like to post in arabic. The target there is wider.Lastly, the admin here -el3abd lilah  - got busy recently with some work so it took a considerable time that I used to give to the site.Feel free to post any suggestion or improvements I can make to get this site more active.
