hi everyone.my name is william and i live in the the uk.im very interested in ancient egypt and practise the ancient art of falconry.i would like to work in egypt in either one of these activities.anyone got any ideas please.

many thanks for your welcome and reply.my wife and i love egypt very much.the hustle and bustle of cairo is amazing and the nile so full of life and history.regarding falconry i breed and train falcons for the middle east amirs in uae and saudi arabia.i wonder if it maybe possible to get a local tourist company to promote falconry and days out on camel back flying falcons as a form of entertainment and tourist attraction.also are there any conservation projects regarding birds of prey.once again thanks.

I am trying hard to reach any info. that might help with your inquiries, but so far nothing. Hope someone could really help who's knowledgeable about the topic.I can tell you though that you simply need to contact tourist companies here and tell them your idea and your experience with the topic and you might get to work with them. However, if you want to start the company yourself then don't contact them, they might steal the idea. Actually I think it's better that you contact the ministry of tourism itself either way. As regards conservation projects , check the Ministry of State For Environmental Affairs site: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

i remember seeing a site with conservation projects as regards birds , but I can't find it at all !!! So sorry if you find my reply as helpful as Google!!
