A very nice start before choosing your medical speciality
..or even if you started and wanna switch to another. This word document attached divides the candidates over 6 areas according to their interests and then distribute the possible medical and health care jobs over these categories. I think it's really helpful.
The 6 categories include: - Realistic ones who like to work with things and with their hands - Investigative who like to think, watch and analyze and prefer to work independently - Artistic who like to work in unstructured situations to train their creativity - Social people who like to work and talk with others - Enterprising who like dealing with ideas an people and like a commanding role - Conventional who like working with words and numbers rather than things or people Usually , one would fall into more than one of these 6 categories, the report also talks about jobs for those. |
