since the thread is about Diwan , and Diwan is all about books ,
so why not tell us abt some places that sells the books ( the good ones ) with a every reasonable prices ......
cuz am dyiiiiiiiing to get paulo coelho's boooks , and all ma friends told me that Diwan is some how expensive ..any tips ?!!!!

Mm .. Rainzy .. define reasonable prices In general non-Arabic books are more expensive; if a book costs 7.99$ so in our beloved currency it will be around 40 pounds.

Tab3an forget about Virgin, a7'er est3bat fel prices. I usually buy books from Diwan and ElShorouk, there is a slight difference in their prices. I contact Diwan via email to ask about books prices and their availability and if a book is not available they can order it for me and shipping price is not included. They have excellent customer service which is not something I'm used to in Egypt

There is a bookstore in Maadi that sells used and new books called The Bookspot, you can check those books online and also place orders.
