Essential Functions / Responsibilities
=================================
•Responsible for all aspects of maintaining, configuring, and maintaining the VoIP network, using ITSYN EvolvE IP-PBX.
•Define the requirements for the development and maintenance of architecture concepts/strategies for Unified Communications.
•Apply a systems engineering approach to ensure that mission objectives and system criteria requirements are fulfilled.
•Design, implementation, integration and operation of VoIP platforms.
•Resolving complex Computer Telephony incidents and problems.
•Designing, optimizing, implementing and troubleshooting VOIP Solutions.
•Responsible for managing and training organization on the usage of Snom, Yealink IP phones, soft-phones, etc.
•Analyze business requirements in order to design and implement infrastructure solutions using voip open source technologies.
•Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications Requirements
==========================
•Has experience in network engineering, Linux systems and IP network administration, VoIP troubleshooting.
•Has experience in Open source Solutions especially VOIP solution such as Asterisk.
•Experienced in design, implementation and management of TCP/IP Local and Wide Area Networks.
•Competent at managing client relations as a proven professional who can define and solve different technical issues.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to plan, write and present information and statistics on the subject.
•Team oriented personality with a variety of specialized training skills in team management and staff training.
•Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
•Linux Network Administrator.
•PBX and VOIP knowledge and experience.
•Bachelor's Degree and one to three years experience.
•Positive with a process oriented mind is required.
•Knowledge of a range of computer networking systems and languages, including Linux, Windows.
