Making Job Search a Breeze

Our patent-pending method takes a fundamentally different approach to the job search. Instead of asking Job Seekers to lead with a resume and then trying to match their past experience to a job description, we start with where they want to go.

Seekers identify the job titles and locations they want to pursue, along with a few profile characteristics, allowing employers to search for people based on their stated interests rather than relying on traditional resume keyword matching.

This approach can help shorten the path to the first interview by removing resume matching as the initial gatekeeper. It also opens the door to cross-functional opportunities, allowing a Seeker to express interest in roles that may be different from their current or previous job titles. Employers can discover people who are looking to make a career move, step into a more senior position, or apply their experience in a different function—possibilities that a traditional resume match may overlook.

Throughout the early stages, the Seeker remains anonymous and in control of their identity. Employers can see that a qualified and interested person is available without initially receiving the Seeker's name or contact information. When an employer wants to move forward, they can send an interview request, and the Seeker decides whether to accept it.

No resume, broader possibilities, greater privacy, and a more direct path from “I'm interested” to “Let's talk.”
