Terms and Conditions

  1. Last Updated Sep 11th 2023. We may update these Terms as needed, so check this page regularly for updates.
  2. By accessing and/or using the Jobreeze LLC. Platform/website, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (the "Terms" or "Agreement"), including our Privacy Policy it is important that you read this Agreement and these policies and procedures carefully before you create an account.
  3. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or change the Terms at any time. Notice of any material change will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. In certain circumstances, we may notify you of a change to the Terms via email or other means; however, you are responsible for regularly checking this page for any changes. Your continued access or use of our Services constitutes your ongoing consent to any changes, and as a result, you will be legally bound by the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must stop accessing or using our Services immediately.
  4. All references to “you” or “your” shall mean you, the individual accessing Jobreeze site as a Job Seeker. You are permitted to use our Site and its content only for non-commercial purposes.
  5. By creating an account on Jobreeze site and submitting your Job Title/Location preferences daily (including any Profile questions answered on the profile page, or your residence Country/State), you are requesting and authorizing Jobreeze to make available that information to any Job Hirer. Employers will also have access to any ScorePoints information for evaluation purposes.
  6. Hirers will NOT have access to your contact information (name, Email Id) unless you specifically accept their request for that information through this website. However, if you have joined a Group (by providing a Group Id), then the Admin associated with that Group can see your contact info, active search Info and profile.
  7. Hirers will see a generated Candidate Id in their listing as a unique identifier (but not your contact information until you approve their request to you)
  8. You acknowledge that prior to approving any contact information be revealed to a Hirer, you are responsible for researching, reviewing and confirming the authenticity of the Hirer by reviewing their website and any other details as you see fit. Once you provide information to a Hirer, Jobreeze does not have control over the Hirer’s use or disclosure of that information.
  9. Once the Hirer has your contact information, Jobreeze is not responsible for any follow through the website. Hirer will connect directly with you via email or phone and proceed with the hiring process outside of Jobreeze website.
  10. Jobreeze may show de-identified aggregate statistics to other parties (but no individual contact information will be shown to these third parties unless specifically approved)
  11. ScorePoints Balance for users has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for anything. ScorePoints are ONLY used for ranking considerations on Employer/Hiring Manager searches using keywords. ScorePoints are not transferrable and go up and down. For each daily Job Title submission, 500 scorePoints are added to your balance. Higher ScorePoints means Higher Visibility - have no other value besides that. You get 2000 scorePoints for each Referral Signup.
  12. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT EMPLOYER/HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH APPLICABLE LAW REGARDING ITS EMPLOYMENT AND HIRING PRACTICES, INCLUDING TITLE VII, AND THAT EMPLOYER INDEMNIFIES JOBREEZE AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM EMPLOYER’S USE OF JOBREEZE.
  13. Jobreeze only provides a platform that enables Hirers/Employers/Hiring Managers and Job Seekers to exchange information as they determine.
  14. JOBREEZE PROVIDES OUR SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES. JOBREEZE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU POST NOR DOES JOBREEZE ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE IDENTITY, INTENTIONS, LEGITIMACY, OR VERACITY OF ANY EMPLOYERS/HIRING MANAGERS WITH WHOM YOU MAY COMMUNICATE WITH THROUGH JOBREEZE. USE OF OUR SERVICES IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
  15. There could be ads on our website offered by third parties and Jobreeze is not responsible for and does not endorse any products or services that may be offered by third-party websites or resources.
  16. This Agreement and any dispute arising out our services on the Jobreeze Site will be governed by and under the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America.
  17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JOBREEZE, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, FIXED, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES, (II) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY USERS OR EMPLOYERS/HIRING MANAGERS IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES; OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

Privacy Policy

  1. For Job Seekers, we do not provide your Email Id or Name to any Hirer/Employer until you specifically accept their request for that information. An Hirer/Employer request shows up on your dashboard, and you can either accept or decline that request.
  2. Information like your Residence Country, State and all parameters on your Profile Page (for example - Years of Job Experience or Highest Degree etc.) which are general enough so you cannot be identified, are available to Hirers/Employers as a list of matches for a Job they intend to hire for.
  3. We do not provide your contact information to any third party sites or vendors - unless specifically allowed by you. We also avoid using any persistent cookies (once you logout, the session cookies are cleared) for the Jobreeze site but certain ads that show up on screen may use cookies governed by their respective privacy policies (for example Google ads are governed by Google's privacy policy).
